One Conversation at a Time welcomes the involvement of national and local organizations that want to help extend the reach of the campaign to Hispanics/Latinos in communities across the United States. Below are some ways you can promote campaign messages on your organization’s website, or through social media, e-mail, and community events. If you are interested in learning more about what it means to be a partner and how you can Act Against AIDS at the local and national level, please contact CDC at: ActAgainstAIDS@cdc.gov.
Distribute an informational e-blast to your members encouraging them to visit the campaign website to learn how they can begin to have conversations about HIV with their family and friends.
Encourage Facebook followers to “Like” the Act Against AIDS campaign Facebook page where they can find One Conversation at a Time campaign updates and connect with other partners.
Follow and talk about HIV/AIDS with us on Twitter @talkHIV.
Create a One Conversation at a Time campaign landing page on your organization’s website featuring the campaign assets, images, and resources such as the One Conversation at a Time campaign public service announcement (PSA), campaign celebrity shout outs, Sin Vergüenza (Without Shame) telenovela, campaign posters, educational brochures, and/or tips for starting conversations about HIV.
