The Community Guide is a resource for evidence-based recommendations and findings about what works to improve public health. Two intervention strategies have been recommended for reducing adolescent sexual risk behavior that contributes to teen pregnancy: 'Prevention of HIV/AIDS, other STIs and Pregnancy: Group-based comprehensive risk reduction interventions for adolescents' and 'Youth Development Behavioral Interventions: Interventions coordinated with community service to reduce sexual risk behaviors in adolescents'.
