The new PreventT2 curriculum is now available.
Resources for Recruiting Participants
The new
PreventT2 curriculum comes with ready-to-use and adaptable promotional materials, brochures, fact sheets, posters, web content and more resources that can be easily modified in order to add your organization’s logo and contact information.
These resources are tools for health care professionals to use to refer at-risk patients to your lifestyle change program, facts sheets, recommendation forms, mailing inserts and more.
Employers and insurers can help make lifestyle change programs—like yours—available at no or low cost to participants by offering them as a covered health benefit.
If your organization partners with other organizations or agencies, ask them to spread the word about your program. They can distribute fact sheets or brochures, include an article in their newsletter, post a link on their website, or spread the word using social media. Take advantage of these easy-to-use tools, videos, infographics, widgets and more to help support your program and spread the word.
