The research-based resources of Go4Life center on an interactive website (www.nia.nih.gov/Go4Life), which highlights specific exercises for older adults and offers success stories and free materials to motivate people age 50 and older to start exercising and keep going. Go4Life includes modifications for exercising safely for people living with chronic conditions.
