The National HIV/AIDS Strategy for the United States presents a plan, a set of priorities, and strategic steps of action for HIV in order to reduce the number of people who become infected, increase access to health care services, and reduce health disparities associated with HIV. The plan calls for action from myriad stakeholders including but not limited to federal agencies; state, local, and tribal government; businesses; philanthropies; faith-based institutions; education institutions; and those living with HIV.
