Advising all governmental agencies, academic bodies, and community groups that conduct or support fetal alcohol syndrome and fetal alcohol effect research, programs, and surveillance, and
Meeting the general needs of populations actually or potentially impacted by fetal alcohol syndrome and fetal alcohol effect.
