How to Apply

If interested in being part of the EIS, visit the EIS How to Apply webpage at: http://www.cdc.gov/eis/application.html

The EIS accepts applications from May to mid August of each year. Applications include submission of an online application, four letters of recommendation, transcripts from degree granting institutions and U.S. Clinical license (if applicable).
